This Spring I'm creating new routines and trying to incorporate good habits! What is something you do daily that makes you feel like you *got it together*? I would love to get some inspiration and ideas on things to help me feel productive, feel good, and feel like I can do anything!!
this seemed insignificant to me at first, but when I consistently set out my clothes the night before for a workout, meditation, or whatever I want to commit to doing for myself the next morning, I'm way more likely to show up and do it! it's such a small and simple habit, but has really helped me stay consistent with taking care of myself first thing in the morning before starting my day.
