How long does it take you fall asleep and do you use any sleep gadgets that help you fall asleep? 

I have sleep issues, too, and am finding my sleep is becoming more disrupted as perimenopause continues. Unfortunately it’s one of the wonderful side effects that can happen as our bodies slowly produce less estrogen.

My biggest sleeping obstacle is my phone. So I may need to set a rule for myself to keep it out of my room or maybe just set it in my closet, I just need to figure out a reward system for myself to keep me motivated.
