I'm struggling with being distracted - there's just so much going on! I am developing a new routine - getting up on time, meditate, doing 20 minutes yoga (or other light exercise) to transition into my day. My kids don't go back to school until September, so I'm waiting for their routine to be set so I can work my schedule around theirs. But at night, I'm trying to unplug the phone and letting go of the feeling of "FOMO". I'm focusing on reading before bed as well as watching shows (which I actually don't have time to do these days). I'm trying to build more "me" time since life is so busy!
