Hello and welcome to all our Walking Book Club members! This is our group where we listen and connect our bodies to wellbeing and learning. Here’s how book club works –
At the start of each month, check out the featured book drop at the top of the group page. Listen to the first chapter then redeem your two-month trial with @Audible here to continue the book, and get access to all the bestsellers, wellness guides, podcasts and more.
Whether on the treadmill, around the block, running errands, or on a hike – plug into the book and listen while you move! Be sure to share with the group how your walk went, you may even find an accountability partner 😉
Check back in weekly to dive deeper into the book themes and connect with your fellow club members on what you’ve learned. Have a question on wellbeing? Tag one of our WellPros or Guides for expert advice or encouragement!
Then at the end of the month, we’ll hold a group-wide discussion on your thoughts of the book. Look out for updates on when those discussions are held!
How do I participate?
At the beginning of each month, we’ll provide a chapter of some of Audible’s best sellers. Listen to the book as you walk and join the Walking Book Club group to discuss your thoughts! During the last week of the month, hop back into the group for the discussion!
Do I have to listen the book to be part of the group?
No! But we think you’ll have even more fun discussing with fellow members if you do. With that, we’ll discuss broader themes from each book, connect over other relevant books and resources, and share tips. This group is here to support your wellbeing journey through movement alongside fellow members, even if virtually.
