We designed our Athleta SoHo space for you—in it, you’ll find inspiration to support your wellbeing journey. It brings our digital community to life so you can connect with members and experts IRL. Here’s what you have to look forward to:

 

💪 Movement Mondays: Join us weekly for a break from the hustle. We invite you to press pause and put your physical wellbeing first.

 

😌 Wellbeing Wednesdays: Get over the midweek hump with our small-group weekly events led by Athleta Wellpros, experts dedicated to your wellbeing

 

AthletaWell Signature Events: Join us each month for live events that support putting yourself first. We'll explore topics that support your holistic health, from physical to emotional wellbeing & everything in-between.
